By placing an order with WebFloat you accept the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. 1.No refunds once work has started

   Payments are non-refundable as soon as work on your website has begun. Before we start, you may cancel for a full refund.

2. 2.Scope of work

   The package you order defines what is included. Extra pages, features or redesigns beyond the package are quoted separately.

3. 3.Payment

   The build fee is due upfront. Crypto payments are confirmed automatically on the blockchain; the exact amount quoted must be sent to the address shown.

4. 4.Your content

   You are responsible for the texts, images and logos you supply and confirm you have the right to use them.

5. 5.Timelines

   Delivery times are estimates and depend on how quickly you supply content and feedback.

6. 6.Revisions

   Each package includes a fair number of revision rounds. Additional rounds may be charged.

7. 7.Ownership

   Once the project is fully paid, the finished website is yours.

8. 8.Cancellation

   You can cancel at any time, but amounts covering work already performed are not refunded.

9. 9.Privacy

   We only use your name, phone, email and address to process and deliver your order. We never sell your data.
